Our standard check-in and check-out times are designed to ensure a smooth transition for all guests.

Early check-in available upon request, subject to availability.

Check-out Time

12:00 PM

Late check-out available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

House Rules & Guest Conduct

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these guidelines.

No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside.

Violation may result in a cleaning fee of ₵200

Quiet Hours

Please maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect other guests' rest.

Music and loud conversations should be kept low during these hours

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed in the guest house. Service animals are welcome with prior notification.

Cleanliness

Please keep rooms and common areas clean. Dispose of waste properly and report any maintenance issues immediately.

Daily housekeeping service is provided

Safety

Do not tamper with fire alarms, safety equipment, or electrical systems. Emergency exits must remain clear.

Guest Limits

Room occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests specified for each room type.

Additional guests may incur extra charges

  • • Children 5 and under stay free using existing bedding

Damage Policy

  • • Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or property
  • • Charges will be applied to the credit card on file
  • • Report any pre-existing damage upon check-in
  • • Security deposit may be required for certain room types

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all guests.

Standard Cancellation

More than 48 hours before check-in: Full refund

No cancellation fees applied

24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund

50% of the first night's stay will be charged

Less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund

Full first night's charge applies

No-show: No refund

Full booking amount will be charged
